Noted New Orleans jazz drummer, Justin Peake, travels to Jackson to present his new solo performance Beautiful Bells, an instrumental electronic hip hop project. He will be joined by local favs Black Apples and Mr Nick feat. Layne Smith. Suggested vibe is $3-7.

Thanks for your quick response. If it's the Lord's will, I am in the process of putting together a teen conference/workshop for our youth ages (11-13) (14-17). It will be part lecture and part workshop. For the lecture, we will talk about self-esteem, sexual purity, positive relationships, drug and alcohol use, etc. For the workshop, I wanted to introduce or reinforce any interest in the arts so that they can develop a positive outlet. Such as writing, drawing, music, etc. I would really love to do this during the week of spring break. Let me know what you think.
I am coming out of my box and I know that I need to get out there and meet people and network. I am my vibrant best when I am serving others. So, what suggestions do you have since you work for the greater good?
