People don't know that I:: Left Jackson five years about but still love it and keep up with what's going on there.

About Me:: I lived in Jackson for 10 years and feel more at home there than the area where I was born and raised (Benton Harbor and Kalamazoo, Michigan). I attended Jackson State University, worked at the Associated Press and The Clarion-Ledger. I moved from Jackson in 2003 but it's a place that's still a part of me.
