At 6:59pm on January 29, 2009, Brandi HP said…: he he...thanks for the inquiry re: mac laptop craziness! after $350 and shipping it off to mac land, it came back in a nice shiny box with a new power source. that's layman's terms for the thingy/hole on the side where the power cord plugs in. it was all fried or something because my last power cord literally blew up and started smoking! yeek! but all is well again, thank god. lesson learned: back up everything! everything. period.
