Was born in Biloxi as Hurricane Camille was hitting. Escaped to San Antonio, Texas where I was raised for a few years. Lived off and on in Atlanta, Jackson-MS and Chapel Hill, NC. Left the South over 20 years ago. Lived in D.C., Boulder, Colorado, the Bay Area, with significant time in Ireland and Scotland--and a few sidetrips to Costa Rica and Spain.
