About Me:

I'm a Life Coach and Instructional Designer. That means my mission in life is helping people discover the personal power to live and give a fulfilling life. Some of my favorite ways to do this include coaching and education.

Every moment is the opportunity to give, and even when I'm instructing something so corporate as a sales workshop, my participants always leave inspired to take their lives to the next level.

I've spent my life studying psychology, health, holistic wellness, and any other piece of information that can help bring me or anyone I meet closer to their destiny.
