PFLAG should definitely be meeting soon. :o) OUToberfest is an annual event--I think this will be #4--organized around National Coming Out Day. Live music and booths at Hal & Mal's (this is the main event and what most people think of when they say OUToberfest), as well as an outdoor family event, and lots of seminars and stuff. I've been to two of the outdoor event thingies (helped book them, actually), and one of the Hal & Mal events. I felt totally welcome, as a het guy, and had a blast at every OUToberfest-related thing I've ever attended. I hope you can make it this year--I think you'll love it!

So can someone give me some info on the OUToberfest? Is this an annual event that I've just caught wind of? When does PFLAG meet? Unfortunately I haven't met most of the people here and i can't wait to get to know you guys....what's up?
